Wynwood is already saturated, but as Wynwood grows into what was used to be Little Haite and Little River ;there might be opportunities.There is also opportunity into making 163rd street in North Miami the next "Brickell ", modern office building and apartment buildings like the likes of Brickell Avenue ;cause 163rd /167 has a great location between I-95 and Aventura;and it would be great to connect Aventura with I-95 .
