I love the fact they've used the air to a traditional Irish Christian hymn usually sung at mass this time of year.... subtle.

@pacr4 Actually, they discussed this advert on the Radio 4 programme "Woman's Hour", and 4 of the women in the advert were size 8s, including the girl at the end. It is often not the size of the girl that matters, but the size and quality of the dress. If you look at the blonde in the gold dress, she is easily the same size as the girl at the end.

Just heard the woman who made this ad on the radio. 4 of the girls were size 8 2 were size 10 and one 12 and one 14. No professional models used, they are all HN employees. She said they couldn't afford professional models. Incidentally if I didn't know this was an ad for their clothes I could almost think it was an ad for the morning after pill. Oh and the girl at the end was a size 8 according to the radio interview.

Brilliant, especially the use of "Morning Has Broken." But, on the other hand, I could never understand the term "walk of shame." What's shameful about getting luck? It should be the "walk of pride" or, at least, the "walk of I-got-lucky!"

This is actually a very powerful advert. There are far worse things people should be complaining about in today's world, if that is how they wish to spend their free time.
