Today is our 32nd month Anniversary. We celebrate God bringing my husband & I together on a Monthly basis, considering I was 65 years & he is 15 years younger than me, time is previous. When I first met my husband in church God spoke to me saying he would play a very important role in my life. At this stage of my life I was not interested at all in any kind of relatipnship, so I dismissed it out of my mind thinking it was rediclious, must be my imagination. He on the other hand was seriously looking for a girl younger to him to get married. However, through the years God developed a strong friendship bond between us. I was even looking out for girls for him to settle down with. But God spoke to me again and told me "Let him have his fun searching for girls, but you are the one for him". I was shocked & pushed out the thought from my mind. Cutting a long story short, years later he told me God told him to consider me for marriage. He was so scared of our friendship breaking he told God make it happen His way. And God made it happen. God gave him the opportunity to propose to me. I was shocked. I did not give him an answer. I ran to the wash-room and locked myself in & asked God to Pl confirm if it was from Him. No response. I was second guessing everything God told me in the past. So I told God, if this is from you let him propose to me again. To my surprise 2 days later he persistantly proposed to me again. I accepted not knowing how it would work out. I trusted God. Today we are very very happily married & give Father God Jesus All the Glory, Honor & Praise for being the 3rd fold cord in our marriage that binds us with His Love daily. All Glory to God!!!

It is happening right now with a cousin I had not seen in 52 years. This cousin has tried to push a relationship without getting to know us well. I feel a disconnect that I can't describe, and a sense of dread having to talk to her . The nicer she is with me, the more i want to disconnect from this person. I have asked her not to call me while I'm working and have said kindly and she had continue to text me in the middle of day . I know she went through a lot in her childhood trauma, but, so have I with an autoimmune disease. She has been intrucive as far as asking how much money I make, which I think is rude and inappropriate. I told her I needed a break from communicating and felt guilty for shutting her off.

My mom is a narcissist, My grandmother ( She is no longer alive) was a narcissist, My Mother in law is a narcissist and I have a few run ins with narcissists' ''friends'' the trauma has caused me to second guess myself a lot. It's a work in progress but I am doing so much better with it.

I was raised to make my own plans, and own decisions, and to fend for myself on my own most of my life. And I fought my battles on my own in my entire life. Now that I have a close relationship with God and his Word, I must say that I still learning the toughest lesson of my life which is to surrender all 100% to God’s will and plans for me. When God says “I have plans for you, plans to do good to you, to give you hope and a future”, God means it. When God says “I will go with you, showing the way with my own eyes”, God means it. When God says “Be still, I am your God and I’ll fight your battles for you” God means it. When God says “Do not trust in men and charriots, but trust in me” God means it. If I’m also human, how can I trust myself if my toughest lesson is with my disobedient, independent, rebellious, anxious and knows all ego? I am learning to let go the control and surrender 100% to the will of God, aligning my will with his will. If God has plans for me. If God shows me the way with his own eyes. If God fights my battles for me, if God tells me just to follow his directions, this becomes a non- brainer decision: to let go my knows all confident ego and let God work in my life, since he is the potter and I am a piece of mud. One thing I can do, I can reasoning with God in his Word telling him my dreams, and desires of my heart asking him to make room for them in his plans for me. And he does in his own time and version. Allways in much better way than I dreamed of. I fight for my plans with God in prayer and long conversations with him, reasoning with him in his Word like he asked us to do. It has been a painful process to detach from my own ego will because of my independent past. But I am step by step getting there. One thing I can say, each time I have the honor to watch God working in my life from small to big things with such a graceful and masterful way, it is a non-stop source of wonder. Every time I watch God’s plans becoming a reality step by step in front of my eyes ( God lent me his eyes to see) it inundates my spirit in pure bliss.

I have been stuck in second-guessing myself when it comes to moving again. I have regretted moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and I have been here since Jan 2016 and feel I should have moved some where else. Now, my kids are in 11th grade and I have never bought a home and now I am torn between relocating from here this summer or staying to let them finish school. My daughter hasn't had such a great time at her current school and also I am not happy with Texas new laws. The homes in my area are overpriced and old too. I do hope that I make the right choice.
