Well the answer is literally exactly the same as if you only had half a heart because no matter how much health you have it doesn’t change the height from where you take fall damage

Canonically, a block is 1 m cubed so the difference between 3.34627 & 3.34628 is 0.00001 meters. This is 10 micrometers or about the width of cling wrap.
