I'm living in Arizona right now but I grew up ten minutes from there and this brings a great smile to my face. We love having that Walmart because it was absolutely the worst store we all have ever been in. Think I bought just a pack of smokes there that's it. The drug spot is right behind and past the orthodontist building. And the fox valley mall will always be my favorite. Practically lived there. Thank you 😊

Not a big Walmart fan but really enjoyed this one as it is one of the older stores. It has a Kmart vibe to it on the inside and garden center area. Love the way it is landscaped. This was the old West Aurora Plaza... my folks shopped here quite a bit bitd. Zayre was there, later turned into Ames, old I, II, III Theater (saw Star Wars there), restaurants in back you mentioned, also a Jack in the Box was there. Across the street was Dominick's (formerly A&P store) in a big strip mall which had a Ben Franklin, some music and ice cream shop and on the far end was Town and Country Drugs (you walk in and it was like a timestamp of the '60s). Omni was across Galena.

Great channel. Update on Party City in Dubuque Iowa --- An appliance store and a bakery called Nothing Bundt Cakes is now in that space. Shopko was demolished.
