KoRn's Brian 'Head' Welch & Daughter on 'Loud, Krazy, Love'

"Do not give up!"

That's the message from Brian Head Welch and his daughter Jennea.

The two are the subjects of the new documentary LOUD KRAZY LOVE. It tells the story of the rise & fall & rise again of the Korn guitaritst.

It's a powerful film about life as a rockstar, overcoming addiction, fatherhood, suicidal thoughts, and love.

It debuts on Showtime Networks this weekend. They joined us on Good Day L.A. on Fox 11 Los Angeles.

Met Head for the first time at my job as a manager of a restaurant 2+ years ago when he decided to have lunch there. He’s very humble and was nice enough to take a picture with me without hesitation. He even invited me to Real Life Academy in town for some event they were having but I had to work that day which made me sad. But all in all the nicest rock star I can think of to date. Keep doing what you do brother.

This man right here is a role model. Definitely a real man right here. Totally put all his priorities in their right order and lived according to that. His brothers (korn) accepted his choice and accepted him back with open arms when he was ready. Love all them guys. One hell of a band and group of true friends right there.

I read Brian's book in 2007. Really had a big impact on me. I was a 42 year old Sergeant First Class in the Army and recently come back from my second tour in Iraq. I was drinking hard and pissed at the world. His story was touching and it made me realize the real hardcore dudes in this world are the ones that are brave enough to admit they have problems and weaknesses too. Took my teenage son to see KORN last year in were awesome!

He really loves his daughter. It's BEAUTIFUL! Just think how God took a terrible situation and made it a glorious thing for all the world to behold? And He's in Korn. I mean talk about shining a light in the darkness! God is the coolest!
