Dust: An Elysian Tail 1000 Hit Combo Achievement

Показать описание
That's More Like it Achievement
This can be done very easily, very early in the game. About 30 minutes into the game, you'll run into some giant rock monsters. It's possible to do it during the first phase of the fight, but it's alot easier during the second part because there's two of them.
Once the fight starts, all you have to do is press B to fire Fidget's projectile, and combine it with an aerial dust storm (done by jumping and holding Y). Doing this fires a ton of projectiles that hit many times. Do that back and forth over and over.
Hold Y for as little time as possible. If Dust starts to turn red, it means you've been doing dust storm too long. Stop for a moment to recover or you'll hit yourself and lose your combo.
If you mess up, the checkpoint is right there so you can load your save and try again.
Extra tips:
1. It can be done on any difficulty, but if you switch to casual you'll have almost infinite energy meter to cast Fidget's projectile over and over. On higher difficulties you'll have to stop to do a few melee attacks to recharge energy.
2. Un-equip and +attack items you have equipped. Especially if you're doing it on casual difficulty. The less damage you do, the more hits you can accumulate before killing them.
