Defective oven gasket on Zline oven

I believe that the reason my Zline oven door isn't closing properly is because the door seal is defective. It is turning hard at the bottom thus preventing the door from closing all the way. And therefore the oven takes forever to heat up and only get so hot... I am going to flip the seal and see if that makes a difference in how much the door closes.
