2022 BRZ - First Autocross Test! STR class, ER @ LSP, 3/27/22

Terry here at Vorshlag co-drove our tester Jon Miller's 2022 BRZ at this Equipe Rapide SCC autocross at Lone Star Park. This event was just 3 days after the first track test of the newly installed MCS TT1/Vorshlag suspension on this Gen 2 86, running in STR class on 245mm Falken RT-660 tires.
After getting his bearings again (it had been 2 years since he autocrossed) Terry finally put a run together and took the class win. Jon came in a close second for a clean sweep 1-2 in the 8 car class (the rest were all Miatas).
The Gen 2 86 had only recently been classed by the SCCA into this SCR, and this was the first time we had seen one semi-prepped in STR class competition. Very happy with the results with this setup, both on track and in autocross!
