3:05 The company is worried that the candidate will not stick around? Anyone can lie and present a 5 year plan with no plans to stay at said company. They want loyalty, but do not give it in return. Give me a break!

Testimony: In April I applied for a Fortune500 company. I went through an online assessment, video recorded interview and a final interview with the hiring manager (via zoom). I felt the interview went great! The interviewer was very nice and personable and I spent weeks practicing and watching your videos so I was confident that I had nailed it! 8 days later I received a denial email. I was absolutely crushed, tried not to let it get me down and focus on what I could have done differently. 3 days after receiving the denial the recruiter emailed me encouraging me to apply to a similar position that had become available. I applied and 4 days later I was called with an offer! The position I was offered even paid more than the initial position I applied for! Thank you sooo much for the content you post! It has truly helped build my confidence and really showcase my skills!

Ok listen. She is absolutely accurate here. I worked in HR for almost a decade before I joined the military, and now that I’m transitioning back into the civilian workforce, it has been CRUCIAL for me to be able to clearly articulate why the job I’m interviewing for at the time is a CALCULATED move in my transition and the perfect next step. Even if it isn’t *perfect*, you better sell it that way! You guys, if you haven’t done the story toolbox activity (she has several videos on it), DO IT. I did it. Yesterday I had an interview for a job I had no experience in, but had transferable skills, and using the stories I had prepared landed me a second interview with the director of the program. THIS WORKS. SERIOUSLY. Madeline, you’re a gem. And as a former HR professional, I can 100% speak to the things she’s saying as being TRUE. This YouTube channel is an absolute WEALTH of free job/interview/resume coaching that is HIGHLY effective.

Having severe ADHD and applying for jobs in a ridiculously competitive job market- Dallas Metro - I have been looking for jobs that correspond to my professional experience and I have yet to get hired despite getting occasional interviews and progressing to final round. It’s frustrating, soul sucking and feeling seriously hopeless right now.

Interviews are overrated. Everybody knows they are useless in finding the right person

Just want to thank you for your videos! Thanks to your advice I was able to land a job doubling my income. I went from $45k to $87k! They loved me in the interview so much I was offered the job on the spot. Without your videos this wouldn’t be possible!! Thank you🙏🏾

Avoiding rambling and being specific! I came across this advice in the past and started to implement it by picking a couple of items that could tie into my current resume or explain something on my resume with some more detail. I would then practice my answers and time myself. Since doing this I have only had one interview that didn't result in a job offer. These are two gems that really changed the interviewing process for me and also resulted in higher-than-expected wage offers.

I found out my problem is I am not as good on zoom. I often sense the interviewer uncomfortable and I hold back. I finally had my first in person interview and nailed an offer! Also I fail personality tests!! My interviewer said you are not strong on paper but Amazing on person, the test does not reflect how you truly are! Ugh I would love a video on those crazy raven personality tests

After a bunch of tips from your previous videos and a round of interviews recently, I am currently negotiating (and plan of accepting if all goes well) an offer with Microsoft.

Thanks for all the interview tips, it really did help all of my answers be focused, prepared, and directed. I hope more people find your content in the future as they are preparing.

What if your interview went really well, and interviewer said hr will call you but you don't receive any call from 1.5 months then even your interviewer is surprised why haven't you received a call. What would you suggest in this situation? Kindly guide me.

Yep, I realized my interview was OVER when I saw the interviewer started politely nodding to my ramblings… 😔

Would you consider talking about how to break through popularity contest during the interview/hiring process at the company we're already working for even when we're acing the interview?

To be honest, most executives, presidents, vice presidents and higher ups don't really do shit at work, compared to the lower peons!!

I worked as an analyst for a few years, and kept getting passed on when I went into interviews well prepared. Well, so I thought.
I watched about 20 SMM vids, put in the work, did the research, and landed a job that tripled my income. My life is very different than it was 4 months ago. Not only is my life different, but I've helped 3 people close to me take off in their careers.
It goes like this, "Here watch this video and we will talk later." Then I receive a text in all caps that starts off with "OMG, I can't believe that it is this simple".
Translation = I can't believe there is a systematic formula for this.

"I need stable employment and you are hiring" is my answer to the question ' why do you want to work here?'

I just had an internal interview for a new position at work and watching your videos helped me rock it. Waiting for their response but the question i asked them that i feel gave me the most reassurance was when i asked “If not chosen for this role, what can I do to be the perfect candidate next time?”
