How to Track the Top 10 Most and Least Completed Moodle Courses Using LearnerScript?
In this LearnerScript features explanatory short video you will see how we can check the top 10 most and least completed Moodle courses details on LearnerScript.
Let's dive into the video now!
In this LearnerScript New Dashboard, we can see the "Course Summary Report "table that contains 48 active courses. This Course summary report table contains columns such as Course Name, its associated learners' enrolments count, completions count, Total activities, average, highest and lowest grades, time spent, and the number of views details.
Let's check the top 10 most completed Moodle courses details based on learners' completion count in this "Course Summary Report" course table.
To do so You need to limit the table results to 10 then you need to sort this table by the "Learners completed" column in descending order!
You can see here the top 10 most completed courses are shown below.
You can see "Value Chain Management Capstone" is the most completed Moodle course with 19 completions and followed by other courses...
Similarly, you can check the Least completed Moodle courses.
To do so you need to sort this table by "Learners completed" column in ascending order!
Now you can see here the least completed Moodle courses with zero completed learners are shown below.
Now let's add charts for this report to see the top 10 most and least completed Moodle courses report in graphical format!
Click on the "Add Graph" option from this "Course Summary Report" menu and select the "Combination" graph option from this dropdown.
Here you need to enter chart name, select data points from the "series column" drop-down, select values for this combination graph, sort the values by "Learners completed" in "Descending" order, and set the limit to "ten" then click on "Add" button.
Here you can see the in this newly added "Top 10 Most Completed Moodle Courses" graph showing us the same details which we saw earlier in the below report table.
similarly, you can add one more graph to show the top 10 least completed Moodle Courses details.
Click on the "Add Graph" option from the above menu and select the "Combination" graph option from this dropdown.
Enter chart name, select data points from the "series column" drop-down, select values for this combination graph, sort the values by "Learners completed" in "Ascending" order, and set the limit to "ten" then click on "Add" button.
