Question 3, when you put in the quadratic formula, it’s not 4, it’s supposed to be 2.

question 7, you changed the 6 to a 5 by accident. so the answer is f(x)=4/15 (x+2)(x-6)

question 1 was done wrong, the vertex is (4, -4).
