Dr. Phillips is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Park Cities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. He attended Texas A&M University and completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in Zoology in 1993. He went on to Baylor College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1997 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He continued his studies by attending Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and earning his medical degree.

Dr. Krieger is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Texas Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Krieger earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Whitworth College in 2006. He completed dental school from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2011 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Following dental school, Dr. Krieger completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware.
