I'm barely going to start this medication soon in 3 days but, plan to have a surgery on December 2024. So what can I do, do I stop the medication or do I do not take it at all . And yes my biggest fear is to have moon face and weight gain 😥.... I'm stage 3 on my kidneys disease 😢

Can we engineer the genes of probiotics so that they can produce enzymes to neutralize IgA1 in the gut, similar to how Tarpeyo works?
