The vlog is spot on with many valuable tips. I think an initial attraction and desire is in the eye contact when two people meet. It might be more serious when the same eye contact carries on on more than one occasions.
But one way to not sabotage a good chemistry is by actually not worrying about whether that's the "one". Worrying too much will surely ruin it for us.
Therefore just live the moment, worry later or don't worry at all.

So well said. We need time to figure it out. If we confuse our hormones for 'love', if it happens too fast, we may get in serious trouble. Erotic hormones are like a drug, but, the red flags are always there from the very start. We need to learn to really pay attention!
