Some prices Are Really Low Down Here Of Buying A Home

hey out in gulf shore and up and down all of la and very nice places everyone was extremely nice also crossed the bridge in mobile defiantly a different vibe but wasn't horrible. it's a slower place for sure absolutely zero night life !
the main problem I see is home insurance I called on some of the properties and state far said the are no longer writing policies across the bridge do even if you have a house in glulf shores good look finding insurance and lower foley insurance is costly.. so all and all la isn't a brargin whe you add it up as a complete package . the other thing is the commerce i did not see a lot of Jobs as locals how can they afford a house ? the only good thing was gas was cheap.
at this point in time I believe it's a little over priced and the are over building right now I will wait for the pull back on real estate and rescission next year that will be a great opportunity to buy a few homes there .
watch video you guys do a good of
keeping it real. however did see any bugs or gators maybe because it's winter.
