Monster Hunter Has A Cheating Problem

A cheating epidemic has all but ruined Monster Hunter: World speedrunning on the PC. Thanks to @juzzi for help with the vid.

I showcased some gameplay footage from @ArisMH @crimdawgx @Alternum and @kayeser These are legit runs. The only modified runs are those I explicitly mention.

To be clear, the main problem with trying to claim it's a TAS is that, even by TASVideos standards, you must start the run with an _unmodified_ game - even if you're going to perform an ACE later, the game's initial state must be legitimate, and whatever you achieve in the game must be the exclusive results of the inputs you stick in. So changing the game's code for monster behavior beforehand would _NEVER_ be considered acceptable. Thus he would never even be able to submit these runs to TASVideos, as he's cheating even by TAS standards.

Okay. I'll adjust the enemy AI in my game so that it will always just stand still and do nothing. Wonder what sort of speed-running records I can set with that.

Hey, the code says it has the option to stand still and do nothing. I'm just adjusting it so that it does that all the time. No biggie.
