This kick is called a one-ball turn. A 540 kick is a kick that turns one and a half rounds in the air and flips around

In a 360 kick which is pretty straightforward. You have to jump on your dominant foot while also kicking with your dominant foot. On a 540, jump with any foot you want but kick with a different foot to make it easier. If you want to do a 720 you have to know how to do a 540 but with both your dominant foot

Basically a tornado kick where you want to hyper extend the rotation of your hips so that you land on your kicking leg. Nice kick.
