Have you tried the viral upside down puff pastries???

I’ve been seeing them all over socials all month and finally made them today…. what took me so long 🤦🏽‍♀️

You can make so many different sweet or savory toppings! I went with a savory Italian flavour today topped with creamy stracciatella cheese. You can also use burrata or fresh mozzarella instead

Full recipe along with a sweet Apple pie flavor are posted on my website lovelies. Click the link below and it will take you straight there 🥰🥰🥰

Unrequested suggestion put the pesto later in bevause if you cook it it loses too much oil and it can taste bad more bitter 😅 greetings from liguria 😁

Oh I make something like this for party's. I use a small biscuit cutter to cut rounds of puff pastry, egg wash and bake. In a food processor I put a drained jar of artichoke hearts, garlic, olive oil, s and pepper, 4oz or so of neufchetel cheese depending on artichoke jar size and pulse. Pipe it on and top each with a mix of kalamata olive, sundried tomato, basil leaf....whatever. Cost plus world market has a great artichoke spead in a jar that was easy to keep on hand with a box of entertaining crackers for last minute entertaining. I even kept several in my office for after hours unexpected meetings.
