Can you "accidentally" gain too much muscle?

It's unlikely!

Muscle growth is a slow process. If you are doing mostly cardio and skipping the weights because you don't want to get "too big", trust me, don't worry.

I have been trying to get "too big" for the past 5 years and it's not really happening lol!

Make lifting weights your primary form of activity, not to become the next Arnold. Because that's not realistic

But to promote muscle maintenance as you lower your body fat percentage and build a strong body

hi, if you have hit a plateau in terms of building muscle mass is it still possible to get stronger even though your not really getting bigger? thanks

bruh i already gained too much muscle. i am 78kg 190cm, but at 7 percent bf i have to lose muscle for my competition weight
