No, you find them at zoos... We take them out of their homes to put them in prison for life. Just so our children can taunt them... We don't like to be imprisoned for life for no reason... Why we think it's ok for wild life is beyond me.

Almost no gorillas in zoos are caught in the wild and if they reproduce and get really old it‘s a sign for us that they are being cared well for. But these apes are so similar to us and they should be allowed to chose their way of life. Every animal should.
Man is a part of nature too. We can learn to live with our environment without destroying everything we touch, but this takes time. Time we don‘t have. Caring for animals and caring for people is inseparably connected like the two sides of a coin.
