Since Enel could use his own DF on himself by restarting his own heart, theoretically he can control his own neurological network. iirc, this would allow him full control of his movements via electrical signals sent to his muscles, and maybe even control over his memory/memories as those are just electrical pulses going through the brain.

Enel is all natural talent. Dude got the fruit and first thing he did was nuke his home island. Most of his skills come from his talent with observation Haki and basic crap you could do with the lightning fruit. If a Yonko or Admiral had this fruit, it’d be absolutely broken

I love the theory that kizaru actually perceives things slower then others since he is literally light and everything is much slower.

I remember when I was reading one piece in shonen jump, Oda was asked what Enels bounty would be if he was on the blue sea and he said it was easily 500 million. This was before the time skip too.

Kizaru's Mobility is actually very limited. While he dose "moves at the speed of light", he also travles like light, in a straight line and can only maneuver by reflecting off surfaces. Kuzaru for this reason is a very competent fruit user as he can whimsically calculate the path he needs to take while fighting.

There's a blackbeard theory I really like that is that the reason he can't go intangible is because the sunlight, i mean we have only seen him in day time so it makes sense. Also another thing that backs this up is the fact that his crew put a blanket thing to cover him and whitebeard up so that he could use his dark dark fruit on whitebeard to get his fruit

Think it's pretty much agreed that if Eminem were part of the One Piece new world then he'd be admiral level easily from his fruit powers alone.

One tapping people with just a touch, the sheer range, power, and speed of lightining attacks, the fact that he doesn't even need to avoid attacks because his body's electricity is its own unique form of logia counter-attack and he'd be able to couple that with Haki to turn himself into a lightining baton of some kind. Then there's the instant movement that comes naturally.

It's like having all three admirals broken specs at once with the instantanious effects of his element (like Kuzan's ability to flash freeze people), the raw power and effectiveness of his element against living creatures (Like Akainu's ability to melt through anyone), and the unavoidable speed his attacks and body get to move at (Kizaru's lightspeed may be faster but lighting is clearly a runner of for naturally fastest fruit so far). Not to mention how if anyone is near a body of water, or if it's raining then it's just OVER for them outright

I’d like to remind you, Enel made a whole-ass ship based on his Devil Fruit to function. If that’s not Utility, I can’t tell you what is.
On the other hand, he’s got the second worst weakness after Crocodile, but on a third hand, depending on how skilled and fast you are, it’s probably one of the better Devil Fruits for getting across the ocean, because you can just conduct yourself into a cannonball and fire. Beyond that, conduction through clouds also would work.
