1 teasp baking powder
pinch of salt
100g butter
150g sugar
1 egg

Topping:
500g quark
3 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons cream of wheat
75g sugar

3 cups preserved cherry, drained (or canned mandarins, or canned apricots/peaches)

Bake at 350 for 45min
