Best longboard video ever! Thanks to this, I have been riding longboard for over 10 years. I feel a strange kind of nostalgia watching this. Who's 2024?

Even after 14 years, this is still the greatest longboard video I've ever seen...

This is the video that started me into skating. 6 years later, it still gets me.

I first saw this video in 2013 after decades of not skating. The next day I went out and bought a longboard. It's 2019 now, I'm 52 years old, and I skate every other day. And keep coming back to this video for inspiration. This will always be the heart of skating for me, over speed and tricks: making a high-speed, technical run look easy by skating it with confidence, grace, and style. THANK YOU KYLE CHIN!

I first watched this 10 years ago when I was just getting into longboarding, all these years later and a lot of youtube searching and it's still as much a masterpiece that I remembered it was, It's made me really want to get back into it!

This is artful. Everyone once in a while, I return to this video and just reminisce about the good old days. I saw this when it first came out 14 yrs ago. Still one of my favorite, if not favorite, video of all time.

This video actually means a lot to me.  A year ago I was sitting on my computer wasting time and I saw this.  This actually changed my life.  I was inspired to start longboarding and things took  off since.  Trying to conquer my slides so I can do things like this!

That's the one thing i love about longboarding/skateboarding. When you're on a hill, and I call hills "free energy", it's like you are flying. It's one of the most powerful and for me the most spiritual experience because it's just you, the road and your board.
To be able to do stuff like this, you really need to be in tune with your board physically and mentally. I love stuff that involves gravity. I skydive, I skateboard and I am soon going to be longboarding like this.

Still here in 2023. Can't skate anymore due to injury anymore. But this was the one clip. The one and only clip that made me start skating

Watching this 11 years later just gave me goosebumps. I just realised that this was the video that inspired me to get my first longboard... Been shredding ever since.

It’s crazy to think how far this single video shifted my teenage years a decade back now, this video started my venture into longboarding, got me into Third Eye Blind, which in turn got me into playing bass and music as a whole, cheers 10 years plus down the line and I’ll continue coming back
