To find other computers to create a home network you MUST set Network profile to PRIVATE -- it's not optional.

i really miss the server 2003 setup. the ability to just make network users, assign them to folders and permissions, create directories or IIS addons for said users to have access too... i can never get windows 10 to fucking share things, other systems are always denied access, any user accounts i make appear on the login screen at startup, its just a terrible setup. windows peaked at 2003
