I used to think this too but recently I heard you can only claim the depreciation and the interest?.. also is it better to do it in your own name and then lease it to your company ?

If you are a partnership / sole trader can u deduct the Hire purchase monhtly cost as a tax deduction?

If it’s only used for private and the occasional business use can the full monthly payments still be paid for by the company and then me personally pay the BIK?

How would HMRC know if you used it at all for personal use? Why bother with paying any BIC?

Thx for info. Is lease or pcp better option when getting via Ltd comp? Been quoted 9 month wait for new 45e via lease currently
