Lol it's so funny. I'm definitely under weight, but I have a high amount of internal fat. I basically look anorexic (because I'm under weight), but have so much fat in my stomach (and not anywhere else in body), to the point where I look pregnant. So basically if I gain weight, my stomach will look even fatter, and everything else will look skinny as fuck. I have been sucking in my stomach since I was 12 years old. There is nothing I can do to make my body proportional. Lol. I hope all of these women feel grateful of their body types. Because I have never met one single female being who has mine.

I get it the person should lose the visceral internal fat first that should go first before surgery to get better result very well! 😅🌹if the person Dows not lose their visceral fat they will likey still seem the same this video was a great example of that thanks Doc ☺
