This is another new parking garage in the Merriweather District. This one has pretty new ThyssenKrupp Evolution 200s! These are my first! Evolution 100 and 200 are ThyssenKrupp's (American) new VVVF belt-driven MRL traction models. Compared to Synergy, these are "real" MRL, and can also be true MRL. These ones, however, are not true MRL because there is no cabinet on the top floor. These do run distinctively different and better than Synergy. I also love the quick AMD door operators! The office building next to this (6100 Merriweather) has AGILEs, but unfortunately, every floor is carded. I asked the lady at the desk if I could take a ride on them and film them. She was going to let me, and if it wasn't for the supervisor guard that happened to be there at the time, I would have. However, the supervisor quickly corrected the lady and said photography is not allowed in the building, and that I would have to contact management to request permission. I plan on attempting this in the near future.

I found my first ThyssenKrupp evolution 200 in the city I live in, which is Tucson AZ! It was at Oliv in Tucson which is across from the Marriott university park hotel.

These are actually NOICE !! I love the *fast leveling* too. Almost gives me Gen2 vibes. From the existing Evolution 200 installations I've seen on YouTube, I'm having very good feelings about its character potential !
