Hi Raj, Thank you for the episode and I understand that you are trying to create awareness about the foods we put in our body, then please along with demonizing every food product please educate the people how they can be consumed as well. There is a way of eating rice and breads that enhances the resistance starch and manages the glucose spike. Incomplete awareness also doesn't help. I hope you shall understand. Thank you!

There was an American doctor named walter kempner ..
He treated his patients with white rice, sugar, fruits and fruit juice.

High carbs+high fat intake causes problems

If u take high carbs and limit ur fat intake below 20 grams ....u won't get diabetic
Likewise if u take a high fat diet and limit your carb intake below 30 grams u will loose weight

It's mostly GENETIC!!! She's right abt the misconception tho'. Too much carbs vl cause diabetes to only those who are pre-diabetic, prone for diabetes, but vl make ZERO diff to those who are genetically not prone to diabetes. All those carbs vl get converted to fat or just used as accentuated metabolism.

Low carb diet mein low sugar bhi include hota hai....ice cream processed carb hi toh hai....Mam is saying with respect to having non carb diet otherwise and then taking a scoop of ice cream...
