It's nice to see a judge that respects the constitution despite his political affiliation. Hopefully he maintains that attitude.

The courts are ruling that AR ownership, sales and transfer is a Constitutional Right, yet Congress is trying hard to pass a Bill banning the same. Traitorous acts need to be punished, no matter what kind of immunity they have granted themselves!

The work you are doing helping to disseminate all these updates is invaluable to the public. Keep up the amazing work.

In regards to the national AR ban proposal, Nadler answering the other day “yes the point of the bill is to ban weapons in common use” has forever doomed this legislation in court.

I remember when Magpul closed down their Colorado factory and left the state because of the magazine ban. Hundreds of good jobs lost over an unconstitutional virtue signal. 🙄

The wildest part is that this isn't a state level law it's a city ordinance. No city should have that kind of power.

So crazy to see things finally changing. I live and grew up in Baltimore City . Myself and plenty of the people I grew up with have been the victims of violent crime. I never got over it, been looking over my shoulder ever since I was 19 and I’m 42 now. Always thought it was crazy that self defense wasn’t enough to get a Concealed Carry Permit when the likelihood of being attacked or robbed is very high where I live.
I hope we continue to get our rights back.

Amazing how intelligent the Founding Fathers were to create a three system government that checks and balances each other. We may not agree with everything done by each branch, but they work as planned.

Since the BATF announced that personal manufactured firearms are perfectly legal to create as stated in the NFA. So wouldn't preemption override all state laws banning so-called "ghostguns". Is that how it works?

Darn, I was hoping this TRO was against California's assault weapon ban law.

This is way over Due. Most of the anti gunners, have never been around guns or Rifles as kids, even though 70% of small town USA grow up with weapons in the house. Most anti gunners live in Big City's and want the same rules for all, even in places where Law Abiding Citizens have these weapons & have little gun crimes, like in the City's. This will always be a Mental Health issue. new Gun Laws won't Help.

Congress enacted the Uniform Militia Act in 1792. The act referred to the militias as every free able bodied male citizen aged 18 to 45 and added that every militia member should provide his own arms. Further, the act stated that every citizen should have a good musket or firelock, a bayonet, belt, two spare flints, a knapsack, a pouch with a box containing not less than 24 cartridges, each cartridge to contain a proper quantity of powder and ball. Sounds like a large capacity magazine was required way back in 1792.
