I’m here because my wooden chair that’s been passed down from family has finally broken.

My lower back is struggling a bit with my current chair. I'm hoping to find a chair that let's me have good posture and that relieves the tension in the lower back.

PSA: Gamer chairs are NOT for:
-prolonged gaming sessions
-good price/performance
-longevity
-comfort
-good posture (supports barely hold in place)

They are good for:
+short racing sessions (2-3hrs)
+regular cleaning (the fabric absorbs everything and you sweat more due to closed design)
+light G-forces (when they hit, you wont fly out the seat. The sides hinder your arm movement)
+looking like a gullible big baby in its toddler car seat

The only reason people buy them is that other people buy them. They have no qualities of a good chair.
People say good things about it because:
-they are incentivised (leave positiv review for extended warranty! Sponsorships! etc.)
-buyers remorse
-never had a comparison to proper chair
-didnt use it for long
-social proof (everyone uses them, so it MUST have some good qualities right? RIGHT!?)
-delusions (dont give in to the voices! A real chair doesnt need Accessoires)

Its a huge scam. Just remember kids: "A Gamer with real meat - would never buy a toddlers seat!"

Seen other ppl say these chairs are sh*t and i need a good office chair for bad back. When you typically look at office chairs they uncomfortable and not good for like 10 hr comfortable use. I need a good chair someone please recommend a good chair that supports your back and feels nice and padded so it doesn't feel like I'm sitting on a plank of wood 🙌

JUST A SIDE NOTE, I have tested that razer gaming chair, and I mean many many of them AND THEY ALL FEEL LIKE CONCRETE

Everybody saying office chairs over gaming chairs but haven’t tried a gaming chair. If they did then they would be on the hype train.

GTR chairs pancake fast. If you enjoy sitting on a steel plate and the extra added blown out stitches this may be the company for you. I way 240 and the chair was rated for 320. Pancaked.

I've just been using a traditional wooden dining room chair this whole time. It sucks.

I never understood why one would sit in a way that has the back on the back. I always use my chair reversed. It feels better to me that way imo.

We have the GT Racing. Used by a skinny boy, it did not even last 2 years before the foam in the back was totally "gone". Leaving our son with his back against metal bars. A real shame as for the rest it is a good chair. Just not for intensive use during 2 years
