Also, just to clear something up that a lot of people seem to misunderstand is just because someone isn’t a perfect sage, doesn’t make them inherently weaker. Jiraiya was imperfect because he was not skilled at gathering/maintaining nature energy. That is why he took on toad-like features. Jiraiya’s sage jutsu is still on par with Naruto’s sage jutsu. His Ultimate Rasengans hit just as hard. Ultimately, he just sucks at using sage mode BY HIMSELF. But that doesn’t mean he’s weaker than Sage mode Naruto. Jiraiya just desperately needs Fukasaku and Shima to utilize sage mode effectively.

People tend to forget that pa said they would absorb and balance the chakra for jiraiya since he couldn’t. But this kind of means that his incomplete sage mode is infinite with them in his shoulder since they do the work for him

It does always bug me when people call it nature Chakra because nature energy isn't Chakra but rather something you add to Chakra to make it stronger a bit like how modern gasoline has additives to make it burn slower for more effective energy production. Also ma and pa aren't just sitting on jiraiyas shoulders but fused into his body via the henge jutsu like how naruto merged with gamabunta to become a copy of the 9 tails or Kiba fuses with akamaru to become that 2 headed dog mode.
