Multitasker is an ensemble piece that focuses on multiple percussion ("multi") setups. The performers also build independence through multitasking—playing more than one instrument at a time.

All right - the sd sticks are different pitches. That gave it away. Plus the artificial reverb on the recording does not match the acoustics of that huge theater.

We're playing this for our ensemble and i play the low toms :) Our percussionists kinda suck and can't stay on the beat and these kids are probably younger than us and are playing it better than we are
