If it's meant to be with me this is where I'm at now. One of the easiest and quickest ways to better yourself is to lose weight or get in better shape. This will get the other person's attention. I avoided feeling them so much and now it has created a mild anxiety disorder and unnecessary fear in day to day life.some times i fear that ill get lost in negative thoughts even though none of them have ever manifested before, but it takes my time and energy to fight them off. can you address this issue.
