Enchanted Essays posts new videos about books, films and more every Friday. I alternate between reviews and video essays weekly. I try to introduce people to obscure movies and TV shows, and look at familiar films from a perspective you may not have seen before. I struggle to stick to a niche, but I'm planning multiple videos analysing James Bond films, Disney films, concept albums and adaptations.

i love that someone else has seen this lovely little short and is talking about it! it has so many nice cameos too. the music is pretty good too, if i remember. i don’t think it’d be too wild of a guess to think the soundtrack is by howard goodall ?

I have seen this but years ago, forgot all about it till now tbh. Not all that amazing as I recall (certainly not up to the standards of Atkinson and Curtis' later stuff), although Atkinson is of course his usual great self and it's worth checking out for the cameos alone (I remember Christopher Biggins, Jim Broadbent and at least a couple of the Young Ones being in it, and probably more besides)
