An unusual rescue happened at a Phoenix home overnight after a man became stuck in a chimney.

Firefighters were called to a home near 39th Avenue and Camelback at around 1 a.m. on Friday and found a man in his 40s stuck in the throat of the chimney.

Authorities say he was two-thirds of the way down by the time he was rescued.

Okay I am an ex chimney sweep and technician. This is freaking incredible. The flue tiles in this chimney, most likely, wasn't any wider than 12"-16" typically. I could've had him out, no joking, in about 10 min with only a 4" angle grinder, and a hammer and chisel, then hand it over to them.
At any rate. I can't see how he got his rather large Santa Claus body type got in there! I guess that meth/crack gave him magical powers? Don't do drugs people!
