I just want to comment a couple things:
1: there is a huge difference between your teenage girl, body and your womanly figure. It is completely normal and completely beautiful for someone to gain weight and their body to develop more curves, or for their hips to widen as they get older. So I think Selena Gomez is perfect and her body is beautiful and I think that she has just grown into her womanly body. And I do know some of the weight is just swelling from her medicine for lupus but you are supposed to change and look womanly. It’s normal and beautiful.

2: I have always been skinny skinny skinny, and I’m not a huge fan of running, I still am not a huge fan of running, but the one thing and one tip I will give anybody of any size…WALK. Walk on an incline. Walk more than 10, 000 steps. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RUN TO LOSE WEIGHT or to be healthy. For a lot of people, especially people that may have PCOS or other hormonal things that may cause inflammation, running, will make it worse. If I can give any sort of health tip to anybody is just walk walk walk walk. And if you walk fast; that’s perfect. YOU DO NOT need to run. Do a stair master moment if you want more cardiovascular benefits but in my opinion, unless you’re loving the mental health aspect of running…. Running sucks.

Love you and love how you get ready lol it's SO much more relatable to me than 99% of other influencers. Everyone else seems so robotic and they claim to always do the exact same process, but I love how you mix it up and try new things and adjust as you go etc....definitely more my style!
