I was off work with PTSD and EMDR was my primary treatment modality for 2 years until I was able to get back to work. Have not had a problem since.

I started with EMDR for complex PTSD and it really stabilised me. It is the therapy that sets the fever off.

Then I started CBT, it has given me the control of my mental life, I still practice CBT everyday, I created a mini manual and flash cards for self CBT and I just practise every day for 15 minutes.

Now I started with Schema Therapy and this one is an extension of CBT and it is providing healing. It's taking care of the open wounds that causes the pain.

Combined, EMDR, CBT and Schema Therapy become the best therapy.

The first stabilises and breaks the pain between the mind and the body, the second gives you the focus to take control of your thoughts and life, the third is the deep healing your soul needs.

Has this worked well for individuals with ADHD?
I have panic disorder But I also have ADHD.
