Could you please tell me how can I give a definite score for each option? For example, I have the options 1. Low, 2. Low-middle, 3. Middle, 4. High-middle, and 5. High for a question. I need to score the options like this: 1 point for "Low, " 2 points for "Low-middle, " 3 points for "Middle, " 4 points for "High-middle, " and 5 points for "High." Could you please tell me how can I do that in Google Forms?

I have a problem with making the questions "required". I want the whole question to be “required, ” but not each row. For example, I want the participant to answer at least one of the rows, but not non or all the rows. I could not find such option in the google form.
Could anyone help me with this?
