what is the difference between MSCI RCA and Costar? They seem the same.

Also CBRE Econometric Advisors for rent forecasts (all major property types) if your firm can afford both this and CoStar, Axiometrics/RealPage (MF) etc; Trepp for CMBS Loan Info and also can use for expense comps; National Investment Center (NIC) for Senior Housing; Radius for Self Storage etc. There’s also REIS for rent forecasts and sales comps, but don’t know many people who use it.
