Hi, I am Elizabeth and I'm a qualified Health and Wellbeing specialist. Over the years I have attained my bachelors degree and two masters degrees in health, I am also three years into a Public Health PhD🎓I qualified as a coach in 2008 and have been helping women balance professional life and personal goals for over a decade. I have always love to read, especially if I can learn some skills from it. When it come to reducing stress, I love to read religious books. Thanks for the share.

I adore reading! I recently started breaking out a book for ten minutes if I start to feel bad anxiety (I struggle with it regularly) and it worked amazingly. I typically read 30-60 minutes before bed, but I hadn't tried really short spurts during the day to calm me down 😊

Love how you are such a huge advocate of reading. Unfortunatley reading wasn't
something that came easily to me (ADHD). But my capacity for reading has increased alot and I know love it. Thanks for these benefits it really helps me to feel more

motivated to read. I certainly don't want cognitive decline yet lol. Great info!

I’ve actually been struggling with reading lately! It’s not because I don’t have the time, I’ve just been refusing to make the time as reading is not something I particularly enjoy, but this has really motivated me to get back on it 🤗🤗❤️

Your thumbnail is gorgeous🤗🤗🤗I'm excited for next week's video on how to improve brain health! In high school I was so into books. I read so so much and I did feel so much more intelligent. I retained my school work better and studied half as hard as my friends and did better than some. Then I got older, moved to the states and life happened. I got so busy and then had to read so many books for nursing school that kind of killed the passion for reading. I bought like 6 books in January because I plan on getting back into my reading. I cant say I'm doing as good as I want but I will get there. Thanks for this my dear. I love all the details and facts your video always contains. I always learn so much

I read about this! The number one best thing to combat memory decline is learning new languages :) But reading is really great too! I love reading :) The fact about fiction making you more sympathetic was really interesting! Great video very informative!
