Over the years I have attained my bachelors degree and two masters degrees in health, I am also three years into a Public Health PhD🎓I qualified as a coach in 2008 and have been helping women balance professional life and personal goals for over a decade. I have two children and sit on the board of a local charity. Due to all of this I have developed many strategies and approaches to balance, productivity, stress management, time management and getting it all done - and that's what I share here.
