If I had my own Imperial costume maybe I could be Jojo from Accounting. Constantly complaining about people going over budget and allowing Vader to force choke Imperials because, “That’s just one less check for me to write. Mind your business.”

Traditionally, empirical experience suggests the solution for hiring as well as cutting staff may provide the solution for legal issues with the Vader conundrum. Offer positions to all those suing, but put them all working in Vader's immediate environment. Can even say it's an opportunity to provide oversight for their specific complaints to make sure the right people are accountable.

On an unrelated note, friends and acquaintances... well, just acquaintances, keep suggesting I'm a natural for the new Sith bureaucratic program. Hidden Sith or some such.

I think legal and HR should discuss contracts and contract clauses for the subcontractors working on the Death Star. Throw in accounting for budget allocation for Death Star construction and cost overruns. Maybe a change order for the thermal exhaust port being declined for budget reasons.
