The Matchstick Trick

The trick is simple, push one match in to a matchbox and place another match on top of a coin leaning against the other match. Bet a friend if he can remove the coin without touching the matches. Light the match as shown in the video and it should stick against the other match and rise up to release the coin.

As far as the bet goes, lighting a match isn't the only way u could win, u could just blow the matches away with a breath of air.

simple. the matchstick is not even balancing. there is a small whole in the match box where the matchstick is placed into. the end of the this matchstick is then glued to the end of the other matchstick

It says in the description that the match is pushed into the matchbox, which is why it's not falling over.
