And in my case, ignoring previous notices, and the CP504, it will be a surprise when it happens. Monies set aside for direct payments will be frozen and not available to you for that day. Same with wage garnishment, ignore that letter and in the very near future, your payroll person will give you a copy of the letter and tell you next paycheck, portion goes to IRS.
