I mean. It's definitely gonna break pretty quick but so do pretty much any toy in the hands of a kid. It seems perfect for playing, no complex transformations plus it's just one motion. I could see kids absolutely loving these things

Honestly for all of the cheaper and supposedly “more efficient and better” modern transformers toys, aside from the potential breaking, this is pretty cool to me

I miss the days when unique gimmicks like this would be used for the basis of making a new character, instead of just making a million different versions of the same character. Like, even if the gimmick sucked, at least you would get a quirky new character out of it.

In my honest opinion, I think it is an awesome idea. It reminds me of the from age of Extinction. My only criticism is that it should come with replacement bands in case they fail.
