I lost my dad September 2020 but two years before he passed, he requested that this hymn should be sung at his funeral and I saw that it was done like that, 2024 and I'm getting ready to get married and things became very overwhelming and I got depressed and almost quit my marriage plans few days ago because of the demands and pressures all around me but then this song has been in my head for days and just now as It made me cry because my dad had a message for me and it's as simple as this, through everything else whether I make it big or small, my glory will be in the cross of Jesus Christ and nothing more. It took me so long to realize that this is actually the last lesson he left me and someday I'd like to leave this same message behind for my children if God permits.
