Then, fresh install it is.

solution 1 didn't work for me and on solution 2 its saying access denied

Nothing has worked for me. Even get Windows 11 failed to install with option 3. My laptop gets to 97% completion then states something has gone wrong don't worry blah blah blah

No nothing worked. The Only thing that works for sure is backup and do a full clean install.

nvm I was not running the file as administrator

Solution 1 and 2 did not work. So sad that we have to reinstall the Windows to fix this issue. Bad job Microsoft. Thanks TechFixIt.
