Our kicker had two chances to score the extra point …the loss was heartbreaking, but we played an entire game with other penalties & lost opportunities so to place the blame on any ONE PLAYER would not be anywhere near appropriate. I’m proud of how our players have found a renewed sense of professionalism and pride in their craft/talent. Thank you Coach Wilks for guiding them to this point. Nfl rule book... "Removal of his helmet by a player in the field of play or the end zone during a celebration or demonstration, or during a confrontation with a game official or any other player." He wasn't in the field of play or the endzone, he was out of bounds but the technicality is it was part of the celebration.

That’s the very catch DJ had been waiting on ALL his career. I’d celebrate too. But the refs didn’t want them to win. I’ve looked up the penalty which should not have been Calle because he was NOT on the field when he pilled it off.

At this point its irrelevant BUT at the time in which DJ removed his helmet, he was no longer in the field of play, refs screwed the pooch on that call, as they did with the missed holding penalties by the Failcons oline

Everyone wants to blame Eddie and say fire him but not to long ago was cheering him on when he was making those field goals for us. Some of you so called fans need to fire yourself. Yes it sucks he missed not one but two kicks but if DJ would of kept his helmet on Eddie would of made that first kick. And tbh Eddie not going anywhere he is the back up for Zane when he comes back so everyone can chill
