We appreciate your content! My partner is from BA, and we visited last June. Our plan is to go back in September for her birthday. I appreciate you breaking the things to do down into neighborhoods! Hopefully we will get to explore more things in Sept. I absolutely LOVED Jardin Japones and can't wait to see it in the spring time when all the plants are in bloom.

Hi, Chanel. I think it’s important to know that the D line of Subte will be closed until march 17th (yes, like 2 and a half months due to some major renovation works). Hope this info is helpful for you and your viewers.

Hi Chanel, love your channel and the love you show for my city 🫶🏻. Just to add a couple of things, knowing it's impossible to cover this huge city in just one video, near Barrio Chino you'll find the Barrancas de Belgrano park, which is a great place to chill or even have some food from the new barrio chino shops if you order to take away. And this is a way of bringing attention to probably the biggest attraction in BA, which are its parks and squares. Almost all neighborhoods have at least one big square with park space, trees, grass and just space to walk around or sit and relax, and there are big parks not only in Palermo and Recoleta, but also in many other neighborhoods like Saavedra, Urquiza, Belgrano, Chacarita, Caballito, among others (I'll include Puerto Madero's Reserva Ecológica), and it's nice to walk around and explore these places, which often have open markets like the one you talk about in Recoleta but mainly I love them because the bring so much life to this enormous city. Hope you have a great 2024!

Hi ma'am:
I just stopped to remark your post. Wow! What a great job you have done, one of the best I saw about my city, congrats to you.
Not for the places you named but the times that would be spended on each one.
We people who lives in Belgrano use to say that "Belgrano is a country itself", you can live an entire life without leaving this "Barrio" from toddler to elder... school, university, food, culture, medicine, shopping, banking, wandering around, night life and whatever. I even should say that is better than Palermo to live in and you still be near Palermo.
The "D" subway line (green line) will get you (from Belgrano) to Palermo, Barrio Norte, Recoleta, 9th of July Ave, the Obelisc, Florida Street, Downtown, Cathedral, Plaza de Mayo, the Pink House (like US white one), Puerto Madero and one zone you missed.
When you are at "Plaza de Mayo" and look to the"Cabildo", with the Pink house at your back an the Cathedral on your right you will see running at Cabildo's right the "avenida de mayo" (May Ave.) one of the most old and historic places in our city, architecture of buildings are amazing there and you'll see the most beautiful dome in our city.
But most of all, if you are standing near the "Obelisco" on the "Avenida 9 de Julio" (9th of July Ave.), you will see another avenue crossing it, that will be "Avenida Corrientes" known as the street that never sleeps, full of cinemas, theaters, libraries, the oldest and better "Pizzerías" (pizza places), "Porteña" food style classic restos and most of all you could go there at 4 am and get a good, hot, full of cheese pizza slice with a tasty cold beer.

Good job, I hope these help you and others.
Te saluda un porteño de ley, mis respetos.

Great video! My favorite pizzeria in BA is El Cuartito in Recoleta. I'm vegan, but downgrade to vegetarian when I travel. I never had a problem finding vegetarian food in Argentine cities. I plan on living in BA in winter (November to March) when I retire at the end of 2024, spending the rest of the year in London as I have UK citizenship. I have a question: Have prices risen much in BA since Milei devalued the official rate from 340 pesos per US$ to 800 pesos per US$? Like you, I buy my pesos at Western Union. This isn't a problem in BA, where there are hundreds of WU offices, but many Argentine cities have only a few WU's with humongous queues which can take hours to exchange money.

Hi Chanel! I loved your video...I live in Buenos Aires... I was born and raised here and I loved how well you described the different neighborhoods and places in Buenos Aires, I think it is still a very nice city with many things to know, a lot of culture etc..Despite the economic crisis we have now, as we have had many other times in the history of this country...but I hope we can move forward.. Do you know other parts of Argentina? I highly recommend that you also get to know other parts of the country with incredible landscapes that are so different from each other. Greetings!
