The reason why there was powder still in the drawer of the machine is because there is a flap (used for liquid detergent) that was in place, simply flip it back into its resting place and the powder will dispense properly :)

Hola, me he comprado la misma pero tengo una duda, cuando pones detergente en el recipiente del detergente cae al a la goma antes del tambor tambor(más exactamente en la goma que está cerca de la compuerta de la lavadora entre el tambor y la compuerta).

La mía cae detergente nada más ponerlo en el recipiente y tengo la compuerta abierta y aún no ha empezado el lavado ni cerrado la puerta

You need to pop up the little blue thingy so your washing powder will rinse off fully. You pop it down like that only when you use a liquid detergent

We use powder in ours 😂😂 yeah we know you have a blob of it caked onto the drawer from previous washes 😅 Clean and remove that mound of detergent after each cycle

If you use powder, the blue thing needs to be in a locked up position, its set for liquid in down position.
